Governance & Compliance Assistant

We’re looking for an experienced Governance Assistant, who can plan and organise meetings of our trustees and ensure accurate records of those meetings in line with Charity Commission guidance and requirements.

Working within the Corporate Services Directorate this role will support with the administration of wider compliance which could include reporting to funders, finance compliance and facilities compliance.

The Governance and Compliance Assistant will work closely with the Chief Executive and Director of Corporate Services to support our Board of Trustees, ensuring overall good governance through the organisation and its subsidiary companies. The Governance and Compliance assistant will be responsible for the recording of board and committee meetings, collation and dissemination of paperwork, and proactive and solution-focused working.



24 hours per week over 3 days
