Becoming a Cockpit Circle Supporter is committing to community, creativity, accessibility and quality theatre. In a year of supporting Shakespeare North, you are integral to the mission of delivering charitable work in Prescot and beyond. Together, we ensure that your support has a positive impact.
Levels of Support
All levels of the Cockpit Circle include a benefit value detailing the actual cost to the charity. These benefits can be purchased separately at the price stated below. Any amount above this benefit value is given freely as a donation to support Shakespeare North Trust (11206410) and qualifies for Gift Aid.

Friend
£50 per year / £4.17 per month
Friends receive a 10% discount on tickets*, hospitality and shop invitations to special member only events, priority booking, as well as regular supporter’s e-newsletters.
Donation £19 / Benefits £31
Best Friend
£100 per year / £8.33 per month
Best Friends receive all the same benefits as our Friends, plus an extra 5% discount on tickets, and Support acknowledgement on our website.

Silver Patron
£300 per year / £25 per month
Silver Patrons receive all the same benefits as our Best Friends, plus, invitation to supporter and fundraising events, intentional stewardship from the team, access to behind the scenes with the theatre, and acknowledgement on our in-house supporter board.

Gold Patron
£600 per year / £50 per month
Gold Patrons receive all the same benefits as our Silver Patrons, plus, additional stewardship from team and access to special ticket discounts.

How to claim Supporter benefits
When you became a Supporter you automatically created a Shakespeare North Playhouse account. Your account holds information specific to you such as your personal details, your contact preferences and any access requirements. It is also where your membership details, orders and e-tickets are kept.
Please take some time to visit ‘Your Account’ and check all your details are correct.
On your first visit to your account you will need to set up a password. Click ‘Forgotten your password? Reset here’ then follow the instructions. You will now be able to create a password, login and update your account preferences.
How do Supporters access priority booking?
To unlock access to priority booking you need to be logged into your account. Once logged in access to priority booking will unlock automatically.
How do Supporters start using their ticket discount?
We want you to be able to decide where you apply your ticket discount.
If you would like to use your ticket discount on a purchase enter the promotion code ‘Supporter’ when prompted. This promotion code will only work if you are logged into your account.
The discount will only apply to 4 tickets per show or event and a total of 12 tickets across a twelve month period.
