Big Give ’24

In Just One Week, We Thought Big and Raised £5,516 for Young People in the Year Ahead! 🌟

In our first year taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge, Shakespeare North is thrilled to announce that we’ve raised £5,516 to support children and young people right here in Knowsley, all thanks to the generosity of our supporters! 

We are incredibly lucky to be part of a community that is so dedicated to giving back and investing in the future, and we are grateful to everyone who gave what they could. Whether you shared our posts out online, made a donation through the week, or are one of our fantastic pledgers that made our participation this year possible, we couldn’t have done it without you!  

Along with £2,500 in matched online donations, we received over £500 in gift aid, which will all go towards a kickstarting a new year of programming by our Learning and Engagement team. These programs are all about inspiring the young people of Knowsley to dream bigger, aim higher, and shape their own futures. 

So once again, a huge thank you to everyone, whether this was your first time connecting with us at Shakespeare North, you clock in with us every week, or you just felt moved to support. Here’s to a 2025 filled with more creativity, more opportunity, and more community!
