Play the Story, Play the Space

Come ready to play!

In this two hour session, Debs Newbold will offer a masterclass in solo storytelling techniques together with workshop exercises to explore and expand your palette as a solo performer.

Looking at direct address, embodiment and our physical relationship to text, action and space, this workshop will focus on the effects we as performers can have on our audiences by being intentionally playful with both the story and the space we occupy all together.

This session will be playful and collaborative, but will also allow time for solo reflection and discovery.

Come prepared to play!
