We’re thrilled to present an extraordinary opportunity for you and your group to delve even deeper into the theatrical magic with our new tour – ‘This Above All – Behind-The-Scenes Tour‘.

This exclusive experience grants you unprecedented access to behind (and above!) the scenes spaces, including the Technical Gallery and over-stage areas, granting a view of our beautiful Shakespearean theatre as few have seen it.

Please note:  Due to the nature of this tour, you must be comfortable with heights and have no mobility impairments of any kind. The age range is to be used as guidance but there does need to be a good degree of mobility in order to take part in the tour, as it goes to locations that weren’t built to be frequented by the general public.

All in attendance are asked not to bring any unnecessary objects on the tour, as any dropped items will be a significant hazard. There will be a secure, locked place where all attendees will be able to lock away items such as phones, keys, handbags etc to minimize dropping risk.

Areas covered in the tour will be technical working environments, and visitors must take extra care for both trip hazards and hazards at head level.

This event includes a tour of our wonderful Playhouse, and is tailored toward those with a specific area of interest. Please note that we also run Guided Tours which are suited to those who have a more general interest in seeing our beautiful venue.
