Open Day ’24
April marks the birthday month of the world’s more revered and famous playwright, William Shakespeare!
Struggling to fit 460 birthday candles on a cake, we’re celebrating the Bard’s birthday in the best way we know how – with a jam-packed open day brimming with workshops, drop-in sessions, crafts and activities for all ages to enjoy.
From theatre masterclasses with renowned Shakespearean practitioner Ben Crystal, to poetry workshops, all the way to storytelling with giants – there’s something for everyone.

We will be open all the way from 10am to 6pm, so come along and join the celebration!
