Shakespeare North: A Guided Tour

On our Guided Tour through Shakespeare North Playhouse, you will be led through our award-winning venue, diving deep into the heritage, the rich history of Prescot and its links to Shakespeare. You’ll also be given the chance to ask any burning questions you might have.

Each tour will last around 1 hour 15 minutes and will give you the chance to explore:

• Sir Ken Dodd Performance Garden
• The Cockpit Theatre
• Learning Centre
• Exhibition Gallery
• Community Space

Along the way, your tour guide will explain the inspiration behind each space, letting you in on some interesting historical facts. There will even be the chance to snap a selfie or two! Why not relax and rest at our café too? A coffee and cake goes great with a journey through time!
