Looking for half term fun? ✨
Join us from 27 – 30 May for a packed programme of family-friendly activities, creative workshops, and inspiring exhibitions at Shakespeare North Playhouse. From magical theatre with Beanstalk! to hands-on crafting and exhibitions for all ages, there’s something for everyone.
Please note, we’re closed on Bank Holiday Monday — see you from Tuesday!
All Week:
- Act Your Age Exhibition (Exhibition Gallery)
- Saturday Club Exhibition (2nd Floor Foyer)
- Interactive Family Area (Ground Floor)
- Kid’s Menu available in our Bar & Kitchen
Tuesday, 27:
- 11am: Beanstalk! | A tale for kids, big kids and everyone in between! Stuffed with mischief, magic, music and maybe a bean sprout or two… (age guidance 5+)
- 11.15am: Baby Bards | Introducing story, letters and phonics through readings and fun activities, your little ones will be Bards in no time! (age 18 months – 4 years)
- 1pm: Willow Crown Making | A fun, family workshop with step-by-step guidance throughout the process. (age guidance 5+)
- 2.30pm: Beanstalk!
- 4pm: Raise Your Voice | A fun and inspiring session where you’ll work with professional artists to unlock your creative potential (age 11-16)
Wednesday, 28:
- 11am – 2pm: Drop-in Activities in our Act Your Age Exhibition
Thursday, 29:
- 1pm: Willow Crown Making
